operation. They like to take the initiative in solving problems. For example,
Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar success story in business began by helping his parents in
cattle business around 1960-an. However, this did not last long due to the
outbreak of disease which hit their livestock. Hence, Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar took
other initiative by applying for MARA’s assistance to start a lorry business in
the 1970s.

long to make a decision - either due to lack of knowledge or fear of making the
wrong one, it creates a period of anxiety in the employees.It is often better
to learn to say "yes" or "no" more often than
"maybe." Your employees will respect you for making quick decisions
even though you might be wrong sometimes. Procrastination is not an admirable
virtue for great leaders.Beingdecisive does not mean being impulsive or basing
decisions on your gut feel. You need to consider all pertinent facts in
arriving at the decision, but don't over-analyze and delay unnecessarily.
Entrepreneurs need to lead by example. Being decisive themselves will instill
the same level of rapid response in the rest of the organization. For example,

entrepreneurs. Manage time efficiently is one of the characteristics to become
a successful entrepreneur. For example, Jack Dorsey, CEO Square & Founder
of Twitter, he puts in an 8-hour day at each company, every day. It is meant that he’s doing 16-hour workdays,
from Monday to Friday.

All successful entrepreneurs must have experienced
failure in business or life. So, ability to learn from mistake and do not give
up is really importance to become more successful entrepreneurs. For example,
Sandi MacPherson, Editor in Chief, Quibb, once waste 6 months to building a
product without understanding the market or the users, but from that she
make effort and understand the market.

A successful entrepreneur must be able to see
something that is not visible by others. For example, Mark Zuckerberg is an
American computer programmer and Internet entrepreneur decided to drop from
Harvard University and concentrate on his social-networking website
Facebook.Mark Zuckerbergable to see that his social-networking website Facebook
can go far and success.

One important quality of entrepreneurship is the
entrepreneur’s perceptive quality. Only very perceptive entrepreneurs can
distinguish between ideas that are most likely to succeed, the nature of
innovations that would provide the solution that the market is waiting for to
lap up and the people who can deliver the required innovative solutions for the
market and the organization. For example, Bill Gates who have a perceptive to
build up the software empire and decided to drop from Harvard University.
1.9 Ethical
Conciousness
Ethics is a system of moral principles in
determining an act is right or wrong. Awareness of ethics for an entrepreneur
is important to keep the balance of social responsibility. Entrepreneurs will
avoid ethical act like getting banned substances, in violation of government
regulations, fraud, and corruption and so on. Many issues collapsed buildings
or infrastructure is often associated with corruption which lowered the quality
of the material used to cover the cost of paying a bribe. Consequence not only
loss of property but people life too. An example of entrepreneur that has high
trait ethical consciousness is Mary Montessori of Italy which has inspired
Montessori approach to education of pre-school children. In India, there Vinoba
Bhave who has helped people who do not have land to distribute nearly seven
million acres of land. He is the pioneer of Land Gift Movement.

OF DATO’ ALIFF SYUKRI KAMARZAMAN
2.1 Background
Name given by Aliff Syukri B. Kamarzaman that born
around 03 Apri 1987 in KechauFelda, Kuala Lipis, Pahang. He has moved from
Pahang to Selangor. He have been educated in Sg Sekolah. Besar, Selangor and
extend education in secondary level in Sekolah Telok Gadong, Klang, Selangor.
After that he have learned in Sekolah Pondok Pasir Tumbuh, Kelantan. After
ending learning in pondok school, he continues his education in Sekolah
Integrasi As Syakirin, Shah Alam until end form
5 and consequently extend education to Taylor College.
2.2 Organization
of the company
D'Herbs Healthy Marketing was established in
September 2010 which we are only operating in the shop lots on the 2nd floor
with an employee only and has 4 main products, namely facial powder base,
slimming products, health drink for
women and Lipstick Lip Treatment. Now they're forged
ahead one step forward by producing nearly 90 new product range with a total of
35 staff members who helped launch the travel company.
Started with just operate on the 2nd floor we have
moved in the shoplots and leasing two shoplots for launch and facilitate all
partners deal.
Now D'Herbs has become a brand that is gaining a
place in the hearts of users whether in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei and we
also aim to become one of the famous brand of cosmetics in Malaysia and
neighbouring countries and our goals to the rest of the world.
2.3 Vision,
Mission and Objectives of the company
Vision
The main vision of D'Herbs is to become a single
company level of beauty and health products with open concept easier and simple
at the same time have the best system in terms of management, effectiveness,
quality and reasonable price affordable by all people. Other than that, people are
able to generate income and profit for both parties, manufacturers and traders.
Mission
Helping those women and men who suffer from health
problems both indoors and outdoors to come forward with more confidence and
style. As well as help them generate income by selling more lucrative product
from D'Herbs.
Objective
1.Help the community treat internal and external
look.
2.Provide after sales service.
3.Have the concept of a store neat, attractive,
clean and happy.
4.Provide the best product to the customer for the
long term.
5.Distributing cosmetic products, health and beauty
products available in the market, especially Malaysia and make as all-in-one
shops to facilitate user (One Stop Center).
6.Growing up as a private limited company.
7.Become a bumiputera companies competitive and
competitive in a very challenging business.
2.4 Development
company from year 2012 – 2014
The year 2012 is the year peak of D'Herbs which they
have under the Label of private limited companies and we have developed our
business to move to 4-storey building the company's strategic and convenient. With
this transfer, the company was able to convince all stockists and distributors
to sell and market the product D ' herbs with more extensive and thriving.
They are also opened a number of subsidiary
companies, namely In the Virgin Sdn Bhd which produces and sells cosmetic
products and a little variation on business concept in which the Virgin Sdn.
Bhd deal only with a single appointed stockists and will be responsible for
marketing the product In the Virgin Sdn. Bhd in Malaysia.
D'Herbs has also opened a company named Marie Herbs
Manufacturing Sdn Bhd where company dedicated to the manufacture of health and
beauty products and they are also open to other companies interested in
producing the product under the company. Providing
facilities and services from the beginning until the end of production of a
product including the production of box and product design according to the
taste and satisfaction.

3.1 Integrity
and reliability
Reliability is the quality of honesty, fair dealing
and reliability in terms of doing what one has promised to do are essential
traits of an entrepreneur. Customers reasonably expect businesses to be
reliable, responsible and dependable. Lack of integrity has permeated our
culture. It can be seen in politics, sports, business and entertainment.
Integrity is the highest level of professionalism and behavior. It’s doing what
you know is right, even if no one is looking; it’s standing up for what you
believe in and having the courage to speak up, even if your opinion is
unpopular.
Remarkably again about D’Herbs product is 100 percent ingredients derived from herbs
and also low compared to other health products in the market. Product D 'Herbs
can be found for as low as RM15 concentration of people in each location,
including night markets, farmers' markets, pharmacies, herbal shops, and sales
centers D' Herbs itself. In fact, his products are produced in its own factory
which Aliff Herbs Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. Dato’ Aliff are very strict to make a
healthy and always make sure each of his products are good quality and meets
customers satisfaction. Because of that, it is very affordable and reliable to
buy.

In addition to having the visionaries, Dato ' Marie
Syukri is also a visionary entrepreneurs. This feature can be proved when he
had ambitions to create and sell their own products ciptaanya not just rely on
other people's products.
During his active role in the workshop of beauty
across Malaysia, he voiced their wishes come true which would like to make a
brand its products on its own even though he knew that want to create a new
brand is not easy.
However, many who attend the meeting organised by
him are interested and confident of his integrity to create a distinctive
brand. As
a result of the features highlighted by he then created a brand products now
received hot, D'Herbs.

Entrepreneurs should be capable of doing various
things to ensure the success of our business. Dato
' Marie Syukri was a capable. This is evident when he self promoting, which was
founded by him in the market.

feel overwhelmed.
D'Herbs products have been advertised in magazines
and a newspaper in Malaysia such as top selling Weekly women, Midi, family,
Harmony, Metro, where the advertisement is published every week and it is a
very large impact to the business. Product D'Herbs has
also aired on the radio-radio national and the response has been very
encouraging. More remarkable is the D'Herbs also has sponsored great programs
such as Akademi Fantasia and Star Search star aired on Astro and TV3.
3.4 Initiative
As a successful young entrepreneur, Dato ' Marie
Syukri also exhibit characteristics of an entrepreneur that is has the
initiative in doing a thing.
This show features highlighted that entrepreneurs

when he wanted to get capital for creating its products itself. Although
